Please note, rates above are per week, Saturday to Saturday, and are subject to change.
Our rates include all linens and towels (customarily Cape Cod rentals do not). A cleaning fee of $300 is charged to each rental for either #31 or #32, and a cleaning fee of $500 is charged for #25. If #31 and #32 are rented together, the cleaning fee is $600. As indicated, rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. We welcome longer stays and occasionally accommodate alternate arrival dates – please contact us with your special requests.
