OYSTER POND AT CHATHAM consists of 32 privately owned townhomes set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster Pond in Chatham, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

We have four fully furnished rental options available:

Two Bedrooms plus Den and Loft (King, 2 Fulls, Queen Sleeper, 2 Twins in loft)

Oyster Pond Condominium Complex includes free tennis court, swimming pool, shuffle-board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing catch, and family fun. Wide range of excellent nearby restaurants from super casual on up. Restaurant listings available as are brochures on activities for adults and kids. All summer take your family to the famous Chatham Band Concert, Cape League baseball, and Summer Theatre. Sightseeing, whale watching, seals, cycling, beaches, golf, movies are all nearby. Small kids activities in Chatham also include a huge playground and a train museum, both right near a real fire station. Oyster Pond’s great location is nearby Chatham Main Street’s strolling and shopping.

Convenient walk to downtown Chatham location. Close to Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound and Oyster Pond beaches, as well as golf and all the best Cape Cod has to offer.

 

Bring your canoe, kayak (there are three on site) or Sunfish and use private dock on Oyster Pond providing access to the pond, Oyster River, Stage Harbor, Nantucket Sound, South beach, Monomoy Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby Oyster River Boatyard offers power boat rentals.

 

Amenities include: Heated swimming pool, tennis; shuffleboard, patios, fully appointed kitchens, washer & dryer, gas grill, cable TV, full central air conditioning and heating, wireless internet, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.  It is imperative that all guests abide by these times. Our cleaning staff needs to start cleaning immediately in order to clean all rentals within the allotted timeframe. If you arrive early and unpack and the condo has not yet been cleaned, then our cleaning staff cannot, and for liability reasons, will not clean your unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

You will be sent an access code via email prior to your stay. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m. ~ our cleaning crew cannot clean the unit if you arrive early and unpack.

Beach stickers are not necessary for Chatham Lighthouse Beach. Beach stickers for Hardings, Ridgevale, Cockle Cove and Schoolhouse Pond are available for $20/day or $75.00/Week and can be purchased at each beach parking lot KIOSK.

Although many condo rentals in Chatham do not include sheets and towels, at Oyster Pond Condominiums, sheets and towels ARE included.

We have one crib available at no charge, first come, first served. Additionally, there are a few rental companies, including Chatham Crib Rental at (508) 945-6153.
